Kelly Menck

Kelly Menck began her legal career in 2001 as a prosecutor with the San Diego City Attorney’s Office, where she gained extensive courtroom experience handling a wide range of criminal matters. Since then, she has expanded her practice to include criminal defense, civil litigation, and family law. Over the course of her career, she has conducted hundreds of evidentiary hearings and trials, honing the skills and judgment needed to navigate complex and high-stakes cases.

Today, Ms. Menck focuses her practice on family law, representing clients in high-conflict divorces, child custody disputes, and restraining order proceedings. She understands the stress and uncertainty these cases bring, and she draws on more than two decades of litigation experience to guide her clients through the process with both strategic advocacy and practical solutions.

Whether in negotiations or in the courtroom, Ms. Menck’s priority is protecting her clients’ rights and helping them achieve outcomes that support their families and future.

Elnaz Shahla

Elnaz Shahla is a multi-state barred lawyer practicing in California, New York, Maine, and New Hampshire. She also carries a license to practice with the United States Patent and Trademark Office due to her technical background. She offers strong civil litigation experience having tried many cases, mostly in the area of family law. Her Psychology degree from UC Berkeley has proved an asset as she helps her clients to navigate the emotionally-charged waters of divorce, custody, and domestic violence with compassion and understanding. Her very first legal internship before starting law school was with the Van Nuys Courthouse, as a Family Law and Domestic Violence clinic volunteer. She also has donated her time to pro bono causes, having assisted low income Veterans with their Family Law cases in multiple pro bono agencies in Orange County, CA. Her passion for helping others really shows in the way she handles her cases and clients. She has appeared in courtrooms in over 15 California counties and looks forward to zealously serving your legal needs.
